10min Shoulder Opening & Spine Flossing

This practice takes only 10min of your time and is perfect for all the days you are feeling stiff in the shoulders or tense around the neck.

I am guiding you through a 10min seated practice that you can do from anywhere, anytime! We’ll open the session with some shoulder rotation and building awareness, then go on with some sidebends to awaken your spine, neck stretches, shoulder opening, and finish it all off with a few organic circles with the spine.

You don’t need any props or Yoga mat for this, just jump in whenever you need it!
