    You will learn how to use your breath in order to stimulate your Nervous System, to influence your mood, and even how to use your breathing techniques as an emergency rescue in hectic, hot-minute situations at work.

  • Focus

    KNOW YOURSELF.

    You will learn my favourite method of self-study: journaling. Guided by weekly journal prompts you will dive into your resources and triggers, and develop a self-discovery routine that will help you to become clear about your patterns.

  • Movement

    GET INTO THE FLOW.

    You will train how to intentionally address your Nervous System through conscious movement practices. You will build up a sustainable Yoga routine that will make you stronger physically and mentally.
