Remember you can always come back home.
And build life on your own terms, no one else’s.
A space for sensitive, high-capacity humans who are ready to stop outsourcing their healing and start walking the pathway back to their own agency and power.
Naturally and organically.
We are human beings desperate for safety and belonging.
We spend our lives trying to get there.
Fulfilling our roles. Healing our wounds and trauma. Building something meaningful. Being a good partner, a good professional, a good person. Striving to be happy, to feel at peace, to finally arrive at a version of ourselves we can rest in.
We’re doing so much for our self-improvement.
And yet, somewhere in all that trying, there is an exhaustion that goes deeper than tiredness.
A subtle disillusionment that no breakthrough quite resolves. Because no matter how much work you do, how much you understand, how much you improve, it never fully lands. Something remains just slightly out of reach.
You've done the work. Therapy, coaching, courses, self-inquiry, retreats. You understand yourself well. You can name your patterns, trace their origins, explain your responses with reasonable accuracy.
And still. The anxiety returns. The burnout cycles back. The friction between who you are and how you are living keeps grinding on your reserves.
And somewhere underneath the frustration of living a half-full life, there is a question that does not quite get asked:
What if nothing is wrong with me at all?
What if the pressure I am feeling is not a sign that I need to change, but a signal that I may have to inhabit myself a little more fully, and direct my life on my own terms?
If you're feeling this, stay close, because you've landed in the right place.
The wellness industry has the same problem as the culture it's trying to heal you from.
It starts with the assumption that something in you needs fixing.
That with the right method, the right expert, the right number of sessions, you can be repaired back into functioning. Back into coping. Back into keeping up with a pace and a set of demands that nobody has stopped to question.
And so you regulate, so you can be more productive. You process your trauma, so you can go back. You work on yourself, so you fit better. So you stop being so sensitive, so reactive, so much. So you can finally perform the version of wholeness that the world around you seems to require.
This is not healing. This is adaptation with better branding.
Here is what I believe, and what I have seen consistently in the people who come to work with me:
Your anxiety, your burnout, your chronic sense of not-quite-fitting are not evidence that something is wrong with you. They are your organism's rebellion against being squeezed into a shape that was never its own.
The pressure you feel is not a sign that you need to change. It is a sign that you may have to inhabit yourself more fully, and start directing your life on your own terms.
And when you do — when the system has enough inner safety to stop organising itself around what's wrong and start moving from what's true — something opens up that no method could have given you. You begin to trust your own signal again. To make decisions from your own ground. To build a life and work that reflect who you actually are, not who you have been conditioned to perform.
That is where Bendyminds begins.
Not with what is wrong with you. With the fact that nothing is.
My Approach - A deconditioning from our addiction to intensity
The real work itself is something else entirely.
For all the sharpness of the critique, what we do together is not intense. It is not cathartic. It will not ask you to dig into your past or push yourself through anything you are not ready for.
It is slow. Patient. Far gentler than anything the healing industry has trained you to trust.
A nervous system does not grow in conditions of overwhelm. Real change happens below the activation threshold, not above it. In conditions of safety, not intensity. When the system is met, not challenged.
We are not here to squeeze anything out of you. We are here to prepare the soil for your growth.
We are not asking about your past, your problems, or your symptoms. And we are not rejecting anything either. All of it is welcome. All of it is information. None of it is evidence of something wrong.
What we are doing, together, is starting the work deep in your own nervous system, your own body, your own soma and Self. That place of recognition that knows who you are, and is waiting to be contacted, reconnected, rekindled. That holds all the protections you built, and all the resources for your rising capacity and resiliency.
And slowly, in those conditions of inner safety, your system begins to re-organise itself. Not towards a version of you that copes better or performs better. But towards a version of you that moves from your own rhythms, your own agenda, your own unique and genius design that you were equipped with by birth, not by effortful learning.
What becomes possible from this place of Self.
A relationship with your own body that you can actually trust. The capacity to feel the full range of your experience without being swept away by it. Decisions that come from your own ground rather than from fear or conditioning. Work that grows from who you are, not from who you think you should be. A life that, even in its imperfection and its uncertainty, feels unmistakably like yours.
We dare to transfer the trust we have formerly been delegating to outer, made-up expert systems towards our very own innate nature of healing and self-organisation. Non-dogmatic. Not fixated on one way to heal all your problems. But learning to work with your natural adaptability and ability to oscillate, to feel, and to find your own way organically.
I am here to sit with you in the complex, so that you can take away the simple.
"It's like using old language in a brand new way, but in a way that's always been there, I just didn't listen.
This work creates deep healing, alignment, orientation, and connectedness. It's a guide, and the direction is back to myself, and more, it's beyond myself.
I have felt a deep sense of growth and healing, but it doesn't feel like an ending, nor a culmination. It's what expansive means to its fullest degree, and also what strong personal agency means to its fullest.
Elena is so special, honest, kind, and attuned. She's adept at fully seeing the various iterations of 'me' in a way that feels very safe."

Who This Work Is For
You might recognise yourself here.
You are sensitive, high-capacity, and you feel things more than most people around you realise.
You have done the inner work. And still, something has not shifted at the root.
You are at the end of the line of trying to think your way to safety. You are tired of being handed methods that require you to fit inside them.
What becomes possible when you stop trying to fix yourself and start actually listening to yourself, that is what you have been circling around. You sense it is there. You just have not yet had the right conditions to reach it.
What you are looking for is not another expert with a protocol for your problem. It is someone willing to actually look at you - the specific, unrepeatable, deeply resourced person underneath the patterns - and work from there, inside-out and bottom-up
Knowing the kind of person you want to be is one thing.
Being her is a different story.
That is where we begin.
I know it hurts to be stuck.
My name is Elena, and I am a certified Somatic Coach and an experienced Yoga teacher. Today.
I am also the survivor of my radical career and life shift a few years back, out of a stressful architecture job, an unaligned partnership, and a country I felt like an alien in, still recovering from the burnout and anxiety those long years of holding on to those things has caused me.
I intimately know the pain of overstaying in situations you know you should leave and instead doing what you’re supposed to do instead of what you want to do.
I am too familiar with nagging thought spirals of “what if I’m wasting my life away” that keep you up at night.
And I know the sticky feeling of wanting to make a move, to get out, to break free, but staying frozen on the cliff out of fear of the leap.
I took the leap into the unknown, and it was scary, and nerve wracking, and so worth it. I know now that the pain I felt was my catalyst for growth and that every shadow ultimately points to the light.
It is my burning desire to help more humans get unstuck and dare to follow their heart, and I am here to hold a compassionate, earthy space for you to unfold your own magic.
Us humans are amazingly intelligent beings. But we spend way too much time in our heads.
To really get to the core of resistance, fear and pain we need to come from a few different angles and combine top-down (from brain to body) and bottom-up (from body to brain) approaches. It’s really a matter of learning to understand your own language, physically, emotionally, and intuitively.
In my unique blend of 1:1 Somatic Coaching, Yoga and mind-body-integration techniques, and Nervous System education we dive beneath the surface of what you already know (and probably have thought over and over a million times now ;)) and uncover the subconscious blocks, emotional memories and held body tensions that keep you from making your step forward.
It’s a no-bullsh*tting-yourself-way of meeting your Self in all honesty and making room for your intuition to take the lead.
Become familiar with your autonomic response patterns and develop your personal regulating resources
Knowing the kind of person you want to be is one thing.
Being her is a different story.
The confidence that you are looking for, to be who you want to be, is not to be found through mindset or behaviour changes.
It lies at the bottom of your self, at the intersection between your body, your emotions, your thoughts, your spirit.
It is a part of you that wants to be unpacked somatically, with patience and compassion, so that it can blossom into your true expression of yourself in this world.
I am here to help you connect with your innermost truth, so that you can navigate your life from embodied confidence and authenticity.
Welcome, bendy.
This is a place for bold soul-searchers seeking profound transformation.
The ones who are brave enough to be themselves, in all their facets, with all their beauty and with all their shadows.
I know it can be scary.
Living yourself fully means to look at the sides that are not so joyful, not as easy-going, and not as bright. It can be especially hard when you are in the middle of everything, and you’d rather just close your eyes and wait till the storm is over instead of facing whatever is waiting for you in the dark.
Most of us would rather stay low, and stay small.
I got you.
And I’d like to show you the beauty of the shadow.
I’d like to guide you on how to bring your own light into those dark scenes, a soft awareness on all those pains, resistances, and critics, and learn to read the path they reveal underneath.
What would happen if you could just be with all of that, in a wide capacity of holding yourself in all your iterations, and let things shift without forcing them?
I am here to sit with you with the complex, so that you can take away the simple.
“
Finding the way out of the dark is a process that only unfolds when you watch the darkness long enough for your eyes to adjust.
