Welcome to a different kind of group space.
You're probably here because you are looking for an honest kind of emotional hygiene.
Maybe you’re coming in exhausted., dysregulated. Juggling more than you can name.
Moving through a transition that isn’t fully clear - your next project, your next version of Self, a calmer day-to-day. Chances are that you’ve already tried to work your way through - therapy, healing work, practices…
And yet you’re still somewhat stuck in your progress, still somewhat feeling that low hum of a fundamental anxiety underneath it all.
Keeping you spinning. Stuck. Creating a gap between who you know you’re meant to be becoming, and how you actually feel right now, in your own skin.
That gap has a name.
It is the uncomfortable realm of the in-between. The liminal. The threshold.
That space and phase that marks where the old is ending and the new hasn’t fully formed yet. We meet it at every corner of our lives: in transitions small and large, in the upleveling, in our relationships, in our infinite desire as humans to be more than we are right now, to grow, to evolve, to change.
And everything around us urges us to get out of this phase, quickly: fix it. Know it. Find the expert, the healer, follow the method, and for heaven’s sake, keep pushing through until you arrive.
Sounds familiar?
Our culture has very little tolerance for the in-between - and so, over time, neither do we.
The Liminal Lounge is an invitation into that gap.
I am founding this circle from the silent anguish I feel everytime I see us struggling like that.
Us, capable, creative, intelligent humans squeezing into tight frames and beating each other up for not being perfect, done, healed.
So I am inviting us back into our Flow. Leaning into the in-between.
The liminal space that doesn’t ask anything of us other than being who we are, and trusting the intelligence of our system. The potential for self-realization, self-solving, auto-reorganisation through our human organism that is built for organic growth, made to guide us forward.
There is nothing complicated around it. If only we stop getting into our own way.

The Liminal Lounge is made for this kind of rite of passage, for a re-patterning, a fresh way of meeting yourself, and you are welcome to bring whatever is growing through you right now into our shared space.
And we learn to let things unfold again.

If you’re looking for a twelve-step program to fix your anxiety, a ‘proven method’ to decode your attachment wounds and heal your symptoms, or a thirty-day challenge to get over your childhood trauma and move on to your best version of Self quickly -
- this is not that space.

Our society is, collectively, addicted to the promise of quick transformation.
Get it done. Be done. Move on. Level up.
The healing industry has given us countless iterations: shake-outs, dance-outs, psychedelics, ecstatic dances, each one promising to push our trauma out, finally heal that inner child, and let us move on with our lives.
Those practices aren’t necessarily bad.
But they are all stemming from the exact same nervous system state that we are trying to get out of.
🔥 High Intensity.
🔥 Chasing peak-experiences.
🔥 Fixating on the problem.
🔥 Being constantly over-threshold and calling it healing work.
All well-intended but unnecessary fire on a system that’s already fried.
Respectfully, I call bullshit on that.
There is a trap at the heart of our culture's approach to growth.
We have come to believe that we can perform our way into healing.
That authentic becoming is a linear process: identify the pattern, apply the method, arrive at the outcome.
At wholeness. At calm. At authenticity. At ourselves.
And does it work? Do we feel better?
If you're here, that means, probably not.
Culturally, we’ve been following a logic that might work for machines. But not for our human nature. And we have forgotten a fundamental truth: we are not separate from nature. We are part of it.
Made by it. Are it.
And nature does not operate by force and control.
It operates by emergence and self-organisation. By rhythm and cycle. Growth patterns. By conditions, not commands.
We are no different. We are nature.
Counter-cultural, here, means daring to question what we have been told is normal.
The productivity-over-everything logic. The glorification of push and output. The collective ignoring of the obvious: that we are not well in places of overwhelm, relentless doing, and the over-logicalisation of what is, at its core, a felt human experience.
It means choosing, deliberately, a different orientation.
That is not a small shift. That is why we are doing it together.

If a system built on force and control is making us sick, the cure is its opposite.
The Liminal Lounge is a collective space of Somatic rewiring from those ingrained insanities.
🌱 An invitation to return to our natural virtues of ease and flow, and our capacity to self-heal in our own rhythm and our own way, if the conditions are right.
🌱 A space to tend to the soil of our healing nature.
🌱 The capacity to meet our anxieties and fears with compassion, emotional intelligence, and a new set of skills learned from our own biology.

Together as a trusted collective, we develop an uncommon act of allowing each other to be as we are, in the midst of our unravelling, and holding each other in our deeper potential.
A capacity that lives deep down in our nervous system, rooted in our biology as humans, equipped with this universal feature of self-realisation, self-organisation, self-healing.
A capacity we all have but have forgotten.
So we remember slowly.
Through our nervous system. Bottom-up. Simply by coming back and practising this new way of being.

Hey there, I’m Elena and I’m proud to introduce myself to you as a person who knows exactly what she means when she talks about the liminal space and the pressure of being a sensitive human in an insanely fast-paced, loud world.
Being wired as someone who is super sensitive to systems of rigidity, fake authority, or hyper-definition in our roles or societal expectations, I’ve coached myself through my own undoing of a fixed life that didn’t leave me room for growth.
Throughout my professional and personal maturation, I am evolving into embodying this kind of liminality within my presence as a Somatic coach, Yoga guide and Organic spaceholder to help cultivate states of flow, movement and evolvement for the humans in my field.
States that are deeply natural to us, but that we need practice and reminders to return to.
My approach is following an undogmatic blend of scientific Nervous System Growth and Resiliency building, the roots of Yoga and Flow, Systemic principles of self-organisation, and carried by the underlying wisdom traditions of Zen, Taoism, as well as my very own human experience.
Coming into my space, you can expect spacious safety, patience in your process, and a deep trust in your body's intelligence.

Training & Approach
I’ve trained and certified in various iterations of Yoga (650h), Nervous System Resiliency, Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG), the Organic Intelligence framework, Reiki & Energy work and the art of Somatic Coaching (ACC level) , including adaptions of mind-body psychology interventions like Focusing, Gestalt, Systemic Constellations, Hakomi, Sensory Integration, Social Presencing theater, SEED, and 4D Mapping.
My work and practice is fueled and sourced by the underlying principles of Zen & Taoism, Process work, Complexity Science, Systems Theory, Flow, and the human principles of self-organisation and Organic growth.
The characteristics of my facilitation, coachings, and spaceholding, is to shift the conversation from the common ‘what’s wrong’ and the negative reinforcement and fixation on trauma, towards a growth-oriented, resource-based, and relational kind of self-healing that happens through connection and re-aligning with one’s inner rhythms.
